Todays is my off from school. In order to kill time, I decided to surf the internet. I’ve been reading in the internet, and then I saw about a story of a man who married his dead girlfriend. At first, I crept out because of the title and the picture, but then I realized that it’s romantic and tragic.
Here’s the story of the man who marries his dead girlfriend:
Sarinya Kamsook, 29 years old, and Chadil Deffy, 28 years old, were in a relationship for about 10 years. They were deeply in love with each other that they wanted to get married, but it seems it’s still not the right time for Deffy has to finish first his studies, while Kamsook too has a busy schedule.
Deffy finally finished his schooling, and they decided to start planning the wedding.
Time goes faster and faster as days passes by, and before they knew it, it’s just days before their planned wedding.
Sarinya Kamsook was very excited for their wedding that she would count the days left before her wedding, but she didn’t know that her remaining days was being counter too.
Just a couple of days before their wedding, a tragic incident struck the two lovers.
Sarinya Kamsook was in a terrible car accident that left her seriously injured. She was rushed to the hospital where she had to wait 6 hours in the ICU because it was overly crowded. During her wait, the injuries became unbearable and Sarinya passed away.
Deffy was devastated by this news, but he wanted to make sure that his girlfriend got what she always wanted.
He decided to marry her dead corpse on January 4th, the day their wedding was originally planned for. The event took place in Surin, a city in northern Thailand. A couple of their friends and family attended the wedding. Deffy placed the ring on her finger and kissed her saying “I do.” The entire wedding was broadcasted live on television in Thailand.
It was sad that after marrying his dead girlfriend, Sarinya must be buried days after.
It’s very sad love story, isn’t it? Yet, it’s so romantic as Deffy’s pure feelings reflected during their wedding day. In case this scenario happened to you, would you do what Deffy did to Sarinya?

Actually, this topic trended in Twitter and Google. This SOPA thingy is the reason why there were blackout of sites such as Wikipedia. A little introduction here, SOPA or Stop Online Piracy Act is a bill introduced by US Representative Lamar S. Smith against online piracy and trafficking in copyrighted intellectual property and counterfeit goods.
This SOPA has a scope from videos to files. There are even more reports that if SOPA is implemented fully, sites like Flickr, Tumblr and such will also be affected.
For a surfer like me, I’m very AFFECTED by this SOPA crap. Come on, I won’t be seeing my favorite anime and TV series because of this SOPA bill. There’s also this PIPA (PROTECT IP Act or Preventing Real Online Threats to Economic Creativity and Theft of Intellectual Property Act), but the hell I care about that too.
Imagine having no Piratebay where we get our Torrent files? What kind of life would we live having to spend every download? Would you become happy with SOPA? Share what you feel about this, and become one of the fighters against SOPA! SAY NO TO SOPA!

Now here’s another trend in Facebook. After the USTET-UPCAT issue, there is this girl who hates UST, and I don’t know the real reason why. She posted these kind of things in her Tumblr. Most of her posts shot the quality of the students studying in UST, and their spiritual nourishment. I even laughed about her mentioning of Chief Justice Renato Corona being a Suma Cum Laude from UST. Well, those are her opinion, it’s hell I care about her judgemental thoughts.

Now, here’s the news! She just gained popularity in Facebook! It’s like she also became a trend in Tumblr too. Many hated her blog posts, well, it’s not a good opinion. She could be sued for that, doesn’t she know that?
As many haters grew around her, I think she deleted some posts, and tighten her privacy settings in Facebook. In case you want to meet her, you can do so. Here is Beni Medici’s Facebook.
Here’s one reaction from a student of UST. Well, Medici was claiming to be just 12-years old. I doubt that. As you can see, she’s like one of the bitter failures of the entrance exam. It’s the closest deduction you can think of, that she failed the test, and then got bitter over it, then blew the whistle with bad breath. She said that the exam was easy. How come she know that? It only means she took the exam. I agree about the test being SUPER EASY. I took it last 2007, and got about 90-95%, and I can choose all the courses offered by the University. With that level of difficulty, I just can’t believe anyone would have the right to fail. This only proves that this HATER really has the smallest IQ of them all.
And now, there’s no stopping to all the students trolling against her. It keeps on increasing, and I believe there will be a fanpage for this girl, just like what happened to Christopher Lao who also gained popularity and haters.
Now let’s just pray for Beni Medici, that she may have peace in mind, because I know that it’s Her Against the World. Good Luck Miss Beni!
P.S – I’m not mad at this hater. Actually, my dream school is UP, but I’m also a proud Thomasian. By the way, Beni… UST is not a Church, it’s a University…can’t you realize what U stands for in UST? Haha!

Tomorrow, January 9, it will be the Feast of the Black Nazarene. As usual, we will experience heavy traffic and thousands of devotees swarming the Quiapo church just to celebrate the event. I can’t blame them since it’s tradition already, some even die because of the unavoidable stampede or suffocation, but even so they are willing to die for God.
Now there are questions about the “No Classes” of schools near Quiapo. So here’s the answer, there are NO CLASSES on selected schools. It’s obvious that it will be hard for the students to come their way to a place swarmed with incredible number of crowds. Transportation would be terrible on that day, and so the higher ups just declared suspension of classes instead of giving headaches to our parents.

This is a very interesting topic for males, I presume. Well, it’s Maria Ozawa, it can’t be helped. Her rise to fame started when her videos also gained popularity. Yes, she’s an adult film actress, or in short a p*rn star.
Maria Ozawa, a japanese hot p*rnstar is now trending in Twitter and even a hot topic in Facebook. ABS-CBN even released a news article about Ozawa. Well, the rumors say that Maria Ozawa is currently in the Philippines. Moreover, according to her, she bought a new globe sim and she’s talking about conducting and audition for Pinoys for her next adult film.
Could this be true about Maria Ozawa wanting Pinoys to be in her next adult film? I’ve read many tweets about Maria Ozawa, and some jokes were just too funny. Many Pinoys cheer for Hayden Kho as the next partner for Maria Ozawa. Whew, Pinoys will always be Pinoys.

I, as a Thomasian and whose sisters graduated in UP Diliman and Manila, seek JUSTICE for the girl raped, looted and then killed by 2 the suspects, one which held captive now by the police, the other one went into hiding. Why was such crime happened just like that, destroying a life of a great student just wanting to graduate and honor her family? Given Grace Cebanico was abused and murdered last Monday, October 10, 2011, and was found dead Tuesday morning in a canal near the IPB Road in Barangay Putho Tuntungin.
I don’t understand why in rural areas, crime is very chronic. Is it because the media is not so strong unlike in Metro Manila? Well, based on the condition told in the story, Given went off from the dormitory of a classmate or friend after a meeting. She’s about to go home to her dormitory, when she was abducted by the suspect Percival de Guzman, a tricycle driver. A second suspect, Lester Ivan Lopez Rivera, which was a PS Bank security guard could be the cause of why the girl has a gunshot in the forehead. They took turns raping and finally killed her after. The items were said to be taken too.
Now the question, what the F*CK was that an ALLY of JUSTICE depriving JUSTICE to an innocent student? I can’t believe a security guard can do it. The tricycle driver is evil, to think that he did not think of the life of others. They should be blown to kingdom come. IN MY OPINION, to lessen the crimes like this, DEATH PENALTY should be implemented again. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
Let’s ask JUSTICE for GIVEN GRACE CEBANICO! There are many cases like her, so let’s put an end to those, and finally ask for JUSTICE, which would make a major change to cases like this.

The Cebanico family somehow found justice, but for me it’s not enough for the unnecessary death of their daughter. The security guard was turned over to the police, THANKS to the concerned grandfather. View the video above for more story.
