Now here’s another trend in Facebook. After the USTET-UPCAT issue, there is this girl who hates UST, and I don’t know the real reason why. She posted these kind of things in her Tumblr. Most of her posts shot the quality of the students studying in UST, and their spiritual nourishment. I even laughed about her mentioning of Chief Justice Renato Corona being a Suma Cum Laude from UST. Well, those are her opinion, it’s hell I care about her judgemental thoughts.

Now, here’s the news! She just gained popularity in Facebook! It’s like she also became a trend in Tumblr too. Many hated her blog posts, well, it’s not a good opinion. She could be sued for that, doesn’t she know that?

Here’s one reaction from a student of UST. Well, Medici was claiming to be just 12-years old. I doubt that. As you can see, she’s like one of the bitter failures of the entrance exam. It’s the closest deduction you can think of, that she failed the test, and then got bitter over it, then blew the whistle with bad breath. She said that the exam was easy. How come she know that? It only means she took the exam. I agree about the test being SUPER EASY. I took it last 2007, and got about 90-95%, and I can choose all the courses offered by the University. With that level of difficulty, I just can’t believe anyone would have the right to fail. This only proves that this HATER really has the smallest IQ of them all.
And now, there’s no stopping to all the students trolling against her. It keeps on increasing, and I believe there will be a fanpage for this girl, just like what happened to Christopher Lao who also gained popularity and haters.
Now let’s just pray for Beni Medici, that she may have peace in mind, because I know that it’s Her Against the World. Good Luck Miss Beni!
P.S – I’m not mad at this hater. Actually, my dream school is UP, but I’m also a proud Thomasian. By the way, Beni… UST is not a Church, it’s a University…can’t you realize what U stands for in UST? Haha!
Proud thomasian here too! I have to agree that I found the USTET easy, but that doesn’t mean that UST doesn’t give good education. Seriously, would a school last for 400 years if it didn’t provide good education? Getting in might be easy, but staying is definitely hard.
That’s true Mae. Well, it also depends on the course you are taking. Engineering is probably one of the hard ones.
🙂 but I can’t believe such bitterness can lead to harsh critique, saying it was easy, yet she failed. and persistently complaining that “Why did most of my smart acquaintances failed, but those stupid ones passed?” this is a BIG -O-M-G- ! Haha.
Maybe that girl has thomasian parents. Na-pressure siguro siya ng mga magulang niya mag UST. Pero di siya nakapasa which disappointed her parents kaya siguro naging bitter siya sa mga posts niya..
That could be a possibility. Haha You see, I don’t see a reason for a 12 years old kid to hate a university. How come you’ll hate something you are not fully aware of? Siguro naman habang turning high school ka palang eh hindi mo pa iniisip yung college life mo diba?
Or maybe., she took the UST High School Entrance exam, but then failed it., which is VERY EASY too. 🙂

I know this girl and she’s just 4th year HS. 3 years ago, she also gained bad reputation when she was still in our school and I don’t know if she got kicked-out or just left to keep some dignity that’s left of her. “She’s a Gonzales”, you know XD
that’s so sad. 🙁 she must be treated immediately, while there’s hope for her case., she can’t control her bitterness. that’s a big problem for her and her family.

from which school did she come from? poor poor soul… her smart/intelligent friends didnt pass? well… tough luck…THEY ARE NOT THAT SMART/INTELLIGENT AFTER ALL… i studied in UST since elem days till college so thats around 16 years… and heck UST is one of the best schools… it wouldnt last for more than 400 decades if it aint one of the best… poor poor soul…

I know this girl. Ginawa nya rin ‘to sa school namin. well, kahit dun din sya nag-aaral, she did this kind of thing. TALAGANG ATTENTION SEAKER lang po ang taong ‘to. at mukhang benta naman talaga sya. hahaha.
Hahaha.. I think she is one big comedienne. :)) Maybe she is a prodigy mentioning that she is only 12 years old yet she managed to take the entrance exam. I think she needs to consult with a physician, probably a psychiatrist. She may actually acquired/have a psychological disorder, “attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder”. hahahaha

I’m not a Thomasian, but reading Medici’s blog posts really made my blood boil. This kind of talk–and the excessive use of the words “bobo” and a sarcastic “HAHAHA”–without even the slightest evidence or literature to back her up (just mindless accusations, really) only proves she has the courage, but not the brains.
P.S. To Riki who said that Medici may “have a(n)… attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder”, or ADHD as popularly known: you need to read more on the subject matter before actually writing it on your comment to gain grounds. For someone who extensively studies these “psychological disorder(s)”, I may attest that Medici may have grandiose behavior, a psychological condition generally characterized by an unrealistic sense of superiority. ADHD, on the other hand, is considered as a developmental disability. 🙂

UST? Dyan nagmula ang ating magigiting na BAYANI. Wala naman sa school ‘yan eh, nasa estudyante ‘yan. Yes, USTET is easier that other entrance test kasi it gives more oppotunity to other people 🙂

I passed UPCAT, but I don’t like the course na pwede with my score. I agree USTET is easy but how come may bumabagsak pa na nasa honor list? Wala din sila sa Academic Placement (di ba dun ung hindi ka nakapasa sa course na nilagay mo pero pumasa ung score mo). I believe hindi naman nasusukat ang intelligence sa awards. Anyway,to Yvonne Gonzales, wag ka bitter masyado, kung totoo nga na bobo sila matatanggal din sila sa UST. Aay wala pala bobo sa UST, tamad lang hehe. Kaya nawawala sa UST kasi dahil tamad hindi dahil bobo.
Actually, way back 2004 I thought CSB was bagsakan ng mga bagsak kasi may nagsabi lang sa kin but after a year I found out maganda pala sa CSB, good facilities and magagaling din naman ang Prof. It’s easy to pass the entrance exam but it’s hard to pass the subjects/courses.

Honestly, nainis din ako sa mga sinasabi nya… But in the end, I realize that, hindi siya worthy para sa anger ko or even yung post nya… Let us show to her our Thomasian Catholic way of fighting… by forgiving and praying for her conversion…
I hope maging ok parin ang life mu after this incident… hope ko rin na di madamay ang mga mahal mo sa buhay sa mga posts mo na ito…

I am not a Thomasian but i have lots of friends who came from UST. And i just don’t know where this BENI got all the guts to shower UST with libelous “bobo” and “tatanga-tanga” words??? such a poor-tortured-foul-mouthed soul. I’m sure, she will be sanctioned by her current school for her actions, not to mention the disgrace that she brought her family.
if you do not know anything about these schools and what they are meant for our country, stop hatin, yes there are opinions and freedom of speech but what u just did is belittle the schools of what the country is proud of and given the opportunity to study in a good university with such great environment. u dont have the right to judge people where they come from or where they go to. ur smart choose ur words wisely or they can bite u back. i dont hate you, i am sorry for you to use ur intelligence in a stupid manner u just proved urslf not deserving for those prestigious schools not only do they look for a good score to pass but whats inside a person, their attitude, personality and so on. so to make it short its a package for u to get accepted. i will pray for you that your family is safe always of what u did cuz a lot of people may take this really really serious and get back at you and even ur family will be really affected. its okay to speak ur mind about things but prepare for the consequences esp if u post it in the net, it spreads like wild fire. ur just twelve, u dont know yet half of the things of whats going on in this world. be wise. dont hate, appreciate!
I’m not a big fan of my school either, at alam kong kahit naman mga tomasino mismo nagsasabi ng mga ganito about ust, pero not to post it publicly.I guess sinadya niyang gawin yan. Madaling makapasa sa uste, well for me kasi alam kong magulo ang resulta ng ustet, maraming mga honor students at nag review talaga na hindi nakapasa, pero one things for sure, HINDI MADALING MAGSURVIVE, i’m struggling not to accumulate 9 units of failure para di makick-out! Anyway i agree na what she did was wrong REALLLY WRONG, i was enraged too nung una kong nabasa yan. but i also agree/realized that reacting the way many thomasians are doing now just might very well prove na tama ang opinion niya. We’re the better ones right? Ayun ang iprove natin 🙂
So much bitterness over such a small thing. So much hate. I don’t think it’s normal for someone to have at such young age. What did the parents do? Where were they? Ganun na lang ba un, if you fail, you blame the world. It is becoming a common trait among the young ones of this generation.
