Manny Pacquiao VS Antonio Margarito: Who will be the Champ?

Now this topic of Manny Pacquiao VS Antonio Margarito becomes hotter and hotter as the boxing match comes to a close. This is the number one question in both the Philippines and Mexico plus the whole boxing world, is it “Manny Pacquiao or Antonio Margarito”?

First of all, I’m not becoming bias here because you see I’m a Filipino. But this is one thing I can assure you, Manny Pacquiao has greater chances of winning, and beat this guy to a pulp. Regardless of his titles and career records, when you just look in his style of fighting and how strong his punches are, then you might say “Wow! I won’t think anymore about this fight”. True, Manny Pacquiao is a true warrior from the General Santos in South Cotabato, Philippines. After winning about 7 titles, he’s up for the 8th one, and will be the first one to hold 8 titles simultaneously. Isn’t that great?

I’m not telling that Margarito wouldn’t put up a fight. According to sources, he’s quite sturdy. I just hope Pacquiao’s heavy punches can penetrate in his defense. He defeated both Miguel Cotto and Joshua Clottey, same with Pacquiao, but he didn’t manage to win against Shane Mosley, which Pacquiao didn’t have a hard time at all.

Well, in boxing, records doesn’t matter at all when you’re the ring already. It’s up to what will happen because ‘luck’ may come to you or to your opponent. You’ll be depending on how you move, the results of your training, and luck.

Freddy Roach had said that Pacquiao will knock him out. That his prediction as the trainer and coach of Manny. The same but opposite prediction also goes to the other party. Margarito said he would knock out Pacquiao, but I’m not sure of that. We’ll just see which of them is right all along.

So how about it? Who do you think will be the victor? You can place your predictions below, and what’s on your mind about the upcoming boxing match.

By the way, Pacquiao VS Margarito will be on November 13, 2010 (Saturday) at 9:00PM in Dallas Cowboys Stadium, Arlington, Texas. Watch the Pacquiao VS Margarito Live coverage in streaming sites, cinemas or other sponsored pay-per-view in some bars.
